Are those signs of a greedy and litigious society the great "americanism" that we really do not want... yes that was my innitial reaction. An over-reaction or a lack of deep thought, you may ask. I find this a bit troublesome issue because when you use some rational, then you will find arguments to support either side. I am becoming to be inclined to the view that these kids should be appropriatelly awarded. However, I do not think that it needs to go as far as the court room.
